Geothermal energy debate – Para Todos La 2 (TV show)

Two beloved entities for GEOPLAT, members of our Steering Committee, participated in a didactic and interesant debate in the TV show “Para Todos La 2” in the Spanish public TV channel in order to disseminate geothermal energy, shallow and deep geothermal: Celestino García de la Noceda, Chief of Geothermal Research Projects of IGME (Instituto Geológico y Minero de España) and Ane Sainz-Trápaga Sisón, from the company TELUR (Durango, Spain), especialized in the installation of geothermal energy.

One of the most important barriers that geothermal energy must overcome is the ignorance about it of the society. With initiatives like these, we are helping to raise knowledge about geothermal potential in Spain, and bringing it closer to the people.
