The Spanish Government launches a new dwelling model based on rehabilitation and renting
The Council of Ministers approved on April 5th the State Plan of Promotion of Rental Housing , Rehabilitation, Regeneration and Urban Renewal (2013-2016) and the Draft Law on Rehabilitation, Urban Regeneration and Renewal, which (along the new Law of Renting Promotion) represent a paradigm shift in housing policy (link to press release in Spanish).
